What governs your use of this website, and what governs use of the platform.
Using the platform
OneCounsel is licensed to a firm under a written agreement, and that agreement governs use of the platform - including data processing, the business associate agreement, service levels and liability. It is not superseded by anything on this website.
We have not published a separate set of platform terms here, because a page that reads like a contract but is not the contract you signed creates ambiguity rather than resolving it. Ask us for the current agreement and we will send it before you commit to anything.
Who these terms are with
This website is operated by One Counsel Inc., a Delaware corporation, file number 10390487, with its principal place of business at 1100 Circle 75 Parkway Southeast, Atlanta, Georgia 30339, United States. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who they mean. Questions about them go to info@onecounsel.legal.
Using this website
This site is informational. Nothing on it is legal advice, and nothing on it forms a contract - including any figure produced by the ROI calculator, which is an estimate from numbers you supply rather than a guarantee of results.
The content, branding and software behind this site are ours. Product names belonging to other companies, including those on the comparison pages, belong to those companies and are used only to identify them.

What we do and do not promise
We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we do not promise it is either. Content is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Pages describing statutes of limitation are general information and not legal advice - confirm any deadline against the current statute for the specific claim, which those pages say on themselves as well.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on this website - including anything indirect, and including lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where this site links somewhere else, we do not control that destination and do not endorse it by linking to it.
Changes, and which law applies
We may change these terms. The date below moves when we do, and continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the version then published. We will not backdate a change.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions of our corporate existence and internal affairs are governed by the Delaware General Corporation Law.
