What OneCounsel connects to
A short list, and an honest one. Everything below either works today or is named as not built yet.
Working today
DocuSign · Signatures
Retainers and releases go out for signature from the case and come back to it. The executed copy lands on the file rather than in the sender's inbox.
Google Calendar · Calendars
Case events and appointments write to the attorney's own calendar. Access is delegated, so a case manager can schedule on an attorney's behalf without sharing a password.
Microsoft Outlook · Calendars
The same, for firms on Microsoft 365. Events created against a case appear where the attorney already looks.
RingCentral · Telephony
Calls are placed and received against the case, with recordings and call metadata attached to the file automatically instead of being logged afterwards.
Two-way SMS · Messaging
A number per firm, carrier-registered, with messages threaded onto the client's case. Replies arrive on the case rather than on somebody's phone.
Email on the case · Messaging
Each case gets an address. Anything sent to it is filed against that case, which is how correspondence stays on the file without anyone forwarding it.
Zoho CRM · Sales and marketing
Enquiries from this website flow into our own CRM. Firms running their own marketing stack should ask us about their setup rather than assume this one.
Not built yet
These come up often enough to be worth naming rather than leaving you to ask. They do not exist today.
Accounting and payments · Finance
Exporting case costs and disbursements to an accounting package. Not built - today the numbers live on the case and come out as an export.
Medical record retrieval services · Records
Direct connections to retrieval vendors. Today records arrive however your firm already receives them and are read and catalogued on arrival.
The bigger point
Most of what firms integrate for, we do not need an integration for
A lot of case management integration exists to move data between tools that each hold part of a case. Calls, texts, email, documents and deadlines are all on the case record here, so there is nothing to synchronise. The list above is short because most of it would have been plumbing between our own features.
Ask about your stack
Tell us what your firm runs on and we will tell you plainly what connects, what does not, and what it would take.
